Team in Training
In 2005 I ran my first half marathon with Team in Training. There is nothing like being a member of Team in Training! The coaches, the members, the cause. When you are a member of TNT it’s not just about training for a race and setting new personal records, it’s about being part of a team and dedicating yourself to a cause. I ran another half with TNT last year and this year I am returning to Team in Training as a mentor for the Marine Corps Marathon! Find out why I run for a cause here. I am also super excited to announce that in 2015 I will return to TNT as an Assistant Coach for their 2015 Ironman Team!
I’m super excited to become a FitFluential Ambassador and join this nationwide network of fitness enthusiasts. FitFluential is all about balance. FitFluential delivers positive messages of health and wellness, and promotes maintaining a healthy balance. Too often, people view fitness messaging as restrictive and harsh. FitFluential showcases how anyone can incorporate habits that will improve their overall health and well-being.
